This feature improves the precision of the joystick by completely eliminating the joystick's dead zone.

With Shooter Pro Mode activated, you have total control over your joystick movements. As soon as you move the joystick, the game reacts instantly, which is crucial for games where every millisecond counts, such as Apex Legends. In addition to improved reactivity, Shooter Pro Mode offers maximum precision, as the controller will react to the slightest movement you apply to the joystick. How does it work?
All joysticks have a "dead zone". This means that a movement on the joystick may not be immediately detected by the game. This dead zone prevents unintentional movements or small deviations when the joystick is supposed to be stationary. However, with Shooter Pro Mode activated, this dead zone is removed. This means that every little adjustment you make is immediately taken into account by the game, offering maximum reactivity that is much appreciated by demanding players.
How do you activate it?
Go to the R5P software, choose the profile you want to edit, then go to the 'Sticks & Dpad' section and tick Shooter Pro Mode.
