Inspired by the golden age of street skateboarding in the 1990s, Session: Skate Sim introduces you to real skateboarding and its culture: no scoring system, just you, your skateboard, your spot, and your imagination! No need for judges to see that this nose slide or that varial heel flip was perfect for this spot. And because some places are legendary, the game creators have selected several where you can express your creativity, including Black Hubbas (NEW YORK CITY), Brooklyn Banks (NEW YORK CITY), FDR Park (Philadelphia), and many other locations.

Authentic gameplay

Thanks to the dual sticks controls, each stick represents a foot, and you must learn to manage and shift weight as you would on a real skateboard. The physics have been developed to bring realism, fluidity, and immersion. Like in the real life of skaters, the first few hours may seem challenging, but once you master the technique, you'll feel the pride of landing your very first proper kickflip! Session: Skate Sim also offers complete customization of your options to tailor the experience perfectly to you. Of course, everything is designed to guide you with a comprehensive tutorial, and you can select the difficulty from 4 available levels!

Skateboarding and nailing the best lines in the coolest spots is one thing, but if nobody's there to film it, it never really happened... In Session: Skate Sim, you can film with a 90s filter or fisheye lens, and the video editor allows you to create and share your clips. You have access to numerous options, including adjusting the field of view, time of day, filters, and various camera types (tripod, orbit...). Session: Skate Sim also lets you switch from skater to cameraperson: perform your trick and switch to filming mode to relive the scene from your cameraperson's perspective and create the ultimate clip. Session: Skate Sim's video editor offers a multitude of possibilities to create real skate videos and showcase your talents to the world.

Customization

Express your style with a comprehensive customization system for your skater and their skateboard. By completing challenges, you earn money to spend in skate shops. There, you'll find nearly 200 items (hoodies, shoes, caps, T-shirts, pants...) from top brands such as Fallen, Zero, GrindKing, Thankyou, HIJINX Net, Antilanta, Roger Skate CO, No-Comply, iDabble, and many more. You can also customize your board with over 250 available parts like wheels, trucks, and other elements from renowned brands such as No-Comply, GrindKing, Thankyou, and more. Not only are these changes (wheels, trucks, riser pads, etc.) cosmetic, but they also impact your skating style. Find the perfect combination for your style and capture your best clips!
