    My mouse does not install correctly after I ́ve plugged it into the USB slot.

    • Unplug your mouse from your PC wait a while and after that plug it into a different USB slot.

    The tracking of my NACON GM-105 does not work properly

    • The performance of the optical sensors may decrease depending on which surface you use your NACON GM-105 on, as some materials reflect the light of the sensor better than others. The best performance should be achieved on mouse mats.
    • After some time of usage, dirt and dust may get trapped in the sensor window and can negatively impact the performance. Freeing the window from dirt should solve that.

    The tracking of my NACON GM-400L does not work properly

    • The performance of the laser gaming sensor may decrease depending on which surface you use the NACON GM-400L on, as some materials reflect the light of the sensor better than others. The best performance should be achieved on mouse mats.
    • Try changing the poll rate, sensitivity and mouse speed settings in the driver software for improved tracking.
    • After some time of use, dirt and dust may get trapped in the sensor window and can negatively impact the performance. Freeing the window from dirt should solve the problem.
      Warning: Before cleaning the sensor window, please disconnect the mouse from your PC first, to prevent eye injury caused by the laser!

    The GC-400ES is not recognised in game but the game works with gamepads:
    Switch from Direct-Input mode to X-input mode or the reverse.
    Check that the control options of your game are properly configured for using a gamepad as the main controller.
    I get unusual behaviour from my controller in PRO-GAMER mode:
     With the help of the software check that the button mapping corresponds to the mapping of your game.
    Check that the right analogue stick configuration corresponds properly to your requirements.
    The GC-400ES appears to be blocked or not recognised by Windows:
    Check your version of Windows, the software and the GC-400ES controller are only designed for Windows 7 / 8 / 10.
    Disconnect your controller and connect it again.
    Go to the Windows «control panel» then «Peripherals and Printers», delete the GC-400ES, disconnect and reconnect it.
    Use the GC-400ES software, go to «General Settings» and check the firmware is up-to-date.
    My profiles have not been saved onto my GC-400ES:
    Open the GC-400ES software, go to «General Settings», check that the firmware number is not 0.00.
    If this is the case, follow the following instructions:
    - Close the GC-400ES software.
    - Go to the Windows «control panel» then «Peripherals and Printers», delete the GC-400ES.
    - Disconnect the GC-400ES.
    - Connect the GC-400ES, wait until the driver installation has finished.
    - Relaunch the GC-400ES software and check the firmware number again.
    If the firmware number has returned then communication with the GC-400ES works again.
    You can therefore update your controller profiles.

    REVOLUTION PRO CONTROLLER

    My REVOLUTION Pro Controller is not recognised by my PS4 console.
    Ensure that the cable is securely fixed to your controller and connected to your PS4 console. To use the controller you need to press the PS button to synchronize it.

    The shortcuts on the back are not working.
    - The shortcuts are only working in the Advanced mode (with the Red halo around the right stick). Make sure you have selected the correct mode.
    - Check with the PC Companion App that the shortcuts are not deactivated or that a button or a macro function is assigned to these shortcuts.

    It’s not possible to wake up the PS4 console, with my REVOLUTION Pro Controller, by pressing the PS button.
    For now, the only way to wake up the PS4 console is to use a Sony DualShock 4 controller through the Bluetooth communication.

    After a firmware update I have no response from my REVOLUTION Pro Controller when I connect to my PC. The lights are OFF.
    Unplug the controller and plug it again, the REVOLUTION Pro Controller will be recognized again, if not, please contact with the consumer support.

    Some graphic elements, of the PC Companion App, are deformed on my PC screen.
    The user interface is continually in development, check that your graphic preferences are not modified: to zoom in for example. Check the settings of « settings panel/display » and ensure that the element size is at 100%.

    I cannot modify the settings inside the interface.
    Check that you are not trying to modify the settings on a Nacon profile. The Nacon profiles cannot be modified, you need to create a new one to choose your own settings.
